Recycling Guidelines

CAYUGA COUNTY CUSTOMERS: 

You will see below a chart outlining what is and is not acceptable in your recycling bin.   We do follow a single stream recycling guideline:  All recycling is mixed and co-mingled together. 

You are allowed (1) 30 gallon (25-50lb) dump-able container of recycling per week. Please know we do not provide recycling containers. We do recommend you use 13-30 gallon standard size container.  Please make sure all cardboard is broken down flat.   The guys must be able to pull up to your stop and dump the entire container or pick up the tied bags and throw them into our truck quickly and efficiently.  These guidelines are for sanitary reasons and to reduce the risk of injury to our crew. 

We only pickup residential recycling in Cayuga County
